A one year elective course designed to give the student insight
into the beauty, coherence, and complexity of some great lyric poetry
from the English Renaissance on. Poets to be covered include
Wyaff, Shakespeare, John Donne, George Herbert, William Wordsworth,
John Keats, Dante Gabriel Rossetti, W. B. Yeats, Emily Dickinson,
Robert Frost.
